Ground service customers receive their orders 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.
Orders with express delivery will ship same day if placed by 2pm PST on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm PST on regular business days, weekends, or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Yes, if you live in San Francisco we can deliver your order within two hours or you can opt for the standard service which will arrive by 5pm Monday-Saturday. You can opt in for the messenger service at check out.
All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped UPS Worldwide, who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for a shipping charge of $50 for orders under $5,000.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
We use UPS to ship all packages. For orders under $1,000 please choose either UPS Ground for $15, or UPS 2nd Day Air for $50 at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 days of delivery or store credit/exchange within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items and special orders are final sale.
